changes to yearly_recon 7/30/2021

Added to line 979, 1893 and 2230 - This is needed because serial numbers can be listed for different orgs if the machines were swapped
 AND cda.org_id_ma = bda.org_id_ma

Also added cd.org_id_ma, to the selected items for cda in both black and color queries
Added AND cd.org_id_ma = ? to line 941 and the extra $recordId to the bind variables lines 1051 and 1054
